Product Description
This FstSort kiwifruit weight grader is composed of an elevator, a conveyor, and a disc-type weight-grading unit. Kiwifruit are poured into the hopper, conveyed onward, and first settle onto individual weighing trays. Each fruit is weighed by sensors, while an encoder tracks its position. Based on the measured weight, electromagnets propel the fruit into the corresponding discharge chutes, completing the size grading. Target weights can be freely set on the touchscreen.
